I do not automatically gather any personal information from you, such as your name, phone number, e-mail or address. This information is only obtained if you supply it voluntarily, usually through contacting us via e-mail or throughout the order process. Any personal information you do provide is protected under the federal Privacy Act. I do not and will not sell or share customer information, i.e. names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. unless required so by a law. I obviously need your name, address, phone, email, etc. to do business. But all that information stays with me. Your privacy is my main concern.
I also keep your payment, shipping and billing information private and secure. I use PayPal™ and SQUARE™ as a payment processor for credit cards and echecks and as such information is directly shared with the payment processor and as such I have no knowledge of your credit card information.
