ONLINE STORE REGISTRATION AND PASSWORDS
While you can purchase items without registering on my website, registering gives you easy access to your purchase status, contact information, account preferences, order history and wish lists. To register, you must select a user name and password. I ask that you do not share your password with anyone else and that you keep your account information accurate and up to date. I might from time to time send out update reminders for password renewals.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
You understand that your content (NOT including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks or devices.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. I use PayPal™ and SQUARE™ as a payment processor for credit cards, echecks and as such information is directly shared with the payment processor and as such I have no knowledge of your credit card information.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any content without express written permission by this website.
PRICES & SHIPPING FEES
From time to time I may adjust prices for my works without notice.
Shipping costs are reflected on the pages and vary according to size and weight. Insurance for shipping is optional, but can be purchased.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Art prints or canvas's may be available exclusively online through the website or at select gallery locations. Some of my images may have limited quantities and are subject to returns or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my collections that appear at the website. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's displays of any color will be accurate.
